This policy explains what personal data we collect through dorios.estate, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

What we collect
- Assessment form: name, email, phone (optional), details about the property or your investment criteria, and any message you send.
- Email and calls: whatever you share when you contact us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (e.g. IP address) for security.
Why we use it
To respond to your request and, if you wish, to move towards working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps prior to entering a contract), and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Who has access
Only Dorios Estate and the providers that support us technically, acting as processors under a data processing agreement: SiteGround (website and email hosting) and, if you book a meeting through our link, HubSpot (meeting scheduling).
If we adopt a client management system, we'll list it here.
Property details are shared with prospective buyers only with your explicit approval.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. HubSpot) may process data outside the European Economic Area.
Where that happens, transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Email updates
We send opportunities and market updates only if you opt in separately on the form.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any of our emails.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) only.
Access to your data is limited to those who need it to serve you.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request or our engagement requires, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools.
It stores a single functional cookie for your chosen language.
Fonts are served from our own server.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
